PAYMENT

We accept most major cards issuers (Mastercard, Visa, Amex). If you would like to pay by direct bank transfer please contact us by e-mail at info@studioljos.com or send us a direct message at @studioljos in Instagram.
 

DELIVERY COSTS

All orders displayed as in stock generally will be dispatched within 2 - 5 working days maximum. Cost depends on the delivery country, product size and quantity. Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout, when you fill in your delivery country. DELIVERY

All packages will be sent and delivered by Swiss Post. You can track your order here.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.

I did not receive my package, what can I do?

In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier / the Swiss Post via email and/or telephone or request a re-delivery from the post. If this is not solving the problem, please contact us via e-mail to info@studioljos.com or send us a direct message on our Instagram profile @studioljos and we’ll help you.

If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want our product, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs again. Otherwise, we'll refund the full amount without the original shipment costs.

 

VAT & CUSTOM DUTIES

Please ensure to take into account any potential customs, import fees or taxes before you place your order. These laws should be provided by your countries government. Potential customs, import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied on international orders, i.e. shipped to countries outside of Switzerland by each country's customs.

 

CANDLE COLOUR AND TEXTURE ACCURACY

All product information and photos provided on the website are actual photos made in daylight and correspond to reality. It is made to provide objective impression about all products, to satisfy real-life expectations and to give confidence in purchase decision. Still, there is a possibility of minimal colour inaccuracy due to screen difference we cannot predetermine or human factor colour perception. Furthermore, all our candles are handmade and each piece has details that make it unique. Small variations or irregularities in texture may therefore occur and are characteristics of the handmade. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that items cannot be returned and exchanged, since all products are handcrafted. We only replace items that have been damaged during transport. Please note that all our candles are hand-sculpted and might have minor imperfections on the surface, which does not qualify for a replacement. Small scratches can easily be smoothed by polishing with a clean soft cloth. If you have received a damaged product, please kindly send us an e-mail with a photo and a description of the damage to the product to info@studioljos.com. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
